to the world of women’s health, wellness and fitness. And I (Lara), as the creative marketing writer, fashion lover and social scenester, bring my own perspective—and the brains behind the
operation...OK, I run the blog so that may not be Jen's opinion...but in all seriousness, we are thrilled to be in business together, to work toward new goals together, to dream up new ideas
together, to create unique products together. We developed heart&core, inspired by our mother’s challenges with breast cancer, our experiences as athletes and our conversations with women of all
ages.
